Customer Add Ons

Rewards System

Customers can earn and redeem points on the site. You can configure points to dollar ratio for earning and spending. Points can only be accrued for web orders and spent on web orders.

Customer Budgets

Ability to set budget limits for specific customers through the cms. Ability to set the Spend limit ($ value) based on:
Per order - dollar limit per order
Per month - dollar limit for the entire month
Approval Over Budget -This is an extension to the Budget Management Module where a customer type is set up (Approval over budget) to enforce the rule that if a customer exceeds their spend limit then their order must be approved by a manager before it will be processed.

Orders Approval Module

2 types of customers - Requires Approval & Approving Manager.

The relationship between Requires Approval and Approving Managers is based on the debtor account number. These must match and will mean that the Approving Managers can approve orders for all staff with the same account number. You can also have multiple Approving Managers.

Back Orders

Displays a list of orders that are marked as ‘Back Orders’ in MYOB Exo. Customers can view any backorder items in the “My Account” area on the website.

Stockist Lists

For Wholesalers who may want to list all their product stockists (uses the MYOB Creditor data combined with an extra field) to ensure customers know where to purchase products.

Order Templates

There are two versions of this, one is where the admin can create templates in the CMS and assign them to customer types and/or specific customer codes. The second is where customers can create their own templates. In either case a cart is created from the template.

Sales Reps - Order On Behalf

The ability for sales reps to order behalf of customers. Sales Rep access is limited to their own set of accounts, not a company-wide list.

Request For Quote

Allow the customer to compile a list of items they would like to order, as per the usual cart, except that they submit it to get a quote instead of placing the order. The administrator can provide a price, then the customer can create an order from that price.

Minimum/Multiples/Maximum

Limits what the customer can order, minimum quantities, quantities only in multiples of X, and maximum quantities, or a combination of any or all.

Use a user/extra/custom field to set a threshold qty where the product is no longer available to order once it reaches this threshold - ie. always want 5 on the shelf in the warehouse/shop.

Restrict Product from being Purchased by User/Accounting Field.

Brands - Group By Letter

Ability to group brands on the brands page by its first letter. Good for when you have lots of brands, allows customers to click on the alpha character and takes them to that section of brands.

Make/Model Search

The customer can search for products by selecting a series of drop-downs, each drop-down determines the values in the next.

Reviews

The ability for users to review products. All reviews are sent to admin for approval.

Visitors can compare products with each other.

Pre-order Products

Ability to order products even if the on-hand qty is zero. Ideal for indent or upcoming new products.

Product And Category View Restrictions

This allows us to restrict category and/or product viewing based on customer type. Restrictions are based on a user field on the category and/or product. Note that category restrictions will always take priority over product restrictions.

Buy Plan/Indent Order Module

Pre-order products can be added to a Buy Plan/Indent order for compilation/review prior to being sent to the shopping cart for checkout - good for 'new season' lines and bulk ordering workflows.

Allow Purchase Of $0 items

Allows processing of $0 items through the checkout.

Shipping Add Ons

Shipped orders/Tracking number

This will sync up a tracking number for orders for display on the site. An optional extra is to email the customer when the tracking number changes.

StarShipit integration (live rates)

API integration with StarShipits 'live rates' on checkout. Calculates based on product weight and/or dimensions stored in your accounting system. Advanced option incorporates product information page 'estimator' using the same live rates check API.

Delivery Date Selection

Customers on checkout can choose a preferred delivery date.

Tag Stockist To Order On Checkout (requires custom work per site)

The ability for a B2C style customer to select their closest stockist on checkout. Results based on closest postcode to the distinct postcode entered.

Reporting with 'to' and 'from' dates in the Web Ninja admin section to show orders for customer type B2C against that dealer/stockists.

Ideal for wholesalers selling direct to the public and wanting to incentivise their dealers/retailers.

Drop-Shipping Module

Customer (retailer) logs in as normal, adds items to cart and goes to the checkout page. Is presented with an option to tick 'drop-ship', enter an address and also indicate where to leave the goods.

Next Day Delivery Cutoff Timer

Show a countdown clock for order cutoff time.

NZ Post Address Lookup

The ability for customers to validate their shipping address on checkout against the NZ Post database.

Blog

Blog module including the ability to post, and have people comment on posts. Comments can be approved or rejected. Uses the standard CMS content editor. A recent posts box can be applied to a page or template.

Mailchimp Integration

Clients who sign up for newsletters are automatically added to a Mailchimp email marketing database
