KR Lucas - based in Hornsby, NSW has been importing and distributing architectural hardware in Sydney since 1963 and has developed a broad range of quality products from the best international manufacturers.
They offer a comprehensive range of door furniture and associated hardware lines which are directly imported from the finest manufacturers in China, England, Italy, New Zealand and Spain.
Being a B2B style business, KR Lucas needed a secure, login-only ‘portal’ for their returning customers to be able to easily select the products needed for both commercial and domestic projects. KR Lucas had already designed and created a ‘content’ website, so they added a ‘customer login’ link to this site that opens up a login to their Web Ninja Online Ordering system.
Being integrated to MYOB Premier, KR Lucas continue to maintain their product pricing, descriptions, stock on hand qty as they normally do in MYOB and Web Ninja’s Online Ordering solution simply looks for a ‘show on web’ flag on any products in MYOB and sends/updates that information within the Online Ordering portal. Customer Orders in the portal are automatically sent back to MYOB for processing.
Since implementing the system, they now have a growing number of their customers embracing the online ordering experience whilst KR Lucas has seen the internal and external benefits of having an integrated Online Ordering solution to extend their customer service experience.
