Challenges

• Provide a secure, log-in-only ordering portal for Avante's furniture customers to view up-to-date product information alongside an easy-to-use web-based ordering system.
• Sybiz Vision integration to allow the updating of information on pricing and on-hand qty as well as automatic importing of web orders into Sybiz.

Solution

• Implement Web Ninja's B2B Online Ordering portal with Sybiz Vision to sync product information (categories, description, pricing and on-hand values).
• Customise the syncing of web orders back to Sybiz to take advantage of Avante's custom stock allocation methodology. This provides assurance with the order has stock taken out of stock immediately (if available) and assigned at the point of being inserted into Sybiz.

Results

• A dedicated web-based ordering system for Avante's B2B customers.
• The ability to check/verify stock on hand whilst engaging with end-users means furniture stores can provide accurate delivery times to their customers.
