Premier Tazze offers one of the largest range of coffee cup sizes and colours in the Australian market and is gaining favour with more coffee roasters, cafes and baristas due to its strength and durability. 

 

Our rebranded range of Italian style coffee ware Premier Tazze, previously known as Rockingham has been sold across Australia for the last eleven years. The Italian style range is currently available in six cup and mug sizes from 90ml to 380ml and has ten great colours to select from to meet your coffee requirements and compliment your cafe decor.

Challenges

  •  San Remo has specific design functionalities that needed to be customised to meet the needs of customers and integrate with their Sybiz Accounting software.
  • San Remo needed to have the capabilities to have an updated website to have the capabilities that suit B2B & B2C customers with integration to their Sybiz Vision accounting software
  • Due to San Remo having a brand-new site their current authority with Google is fairly low causing their SEO ranking to be poor.
  • San Remo wanted to provide customers with featured products
  • San Remo wanted customers to be able to see related products
  • San Remo has a number of customer 'types' that were offered different pricing and products syncing from their Sybiz Vision accounting software

Solutions

  •  Web Ninja has an SEO module, that allows customers to put specific Metadata into the CMS for a specific page.
  • Web Ninja has the capabilities to flag Bulky Items within San Remo’s Sybiz system allowing the customer to see the freight will be TBC on checkout.
  • Web Ninja’s system allows for featured products to be displayed on the home page, that can be updated automatically from their Sybiz Vision accounting system.
  • Web Ninjas system pulls products through from San Remo’s Sybiz system that have been grouped together in the same group to display related products on the web page.
  • Web Ninja Customer Type module allows San Remo to have a number of customer types providing different pricing and products to specific wholesale customers drawn from the Sybiz Vision accounting software.
  • Web Ninja has an SEO module, that allows customers to put specific Metadata into the CMS for a specific page.

 

Results

  • San Remo Customers have both B2B & B2C capabilities, allowing retail customers to be set up specifically as cash sales and login as a guest only seeing the retail pricing. Whilst the Wholesale customer's login in using their credentials to see their specific information and pricing. Customers can see backorders if any (linked to Sybiz Vision), order quickly via Web Ninja's 'quickpick' pantry style ordering page, create and order template to use again and even look up, print and pay an invoice.
  • San Remo were able to use the SEO Module to put specific Meta descriptions, keywords and titles that help improve their overall SEO authority with Google allowing them to show higher up on Google Rankings
  • Web Ninja have the capabilities to flag Bulky Items with San Remo Sybiz Vision system allowing the customer to see the freight will be TBC on checkout.
